OnePlan

OnePlan events wanted to produce a case study that highlighted how integral their event planning software is for organising the Silverstone F1 British Grand Prix and all other events at the race track. The Grand Prix hosts 140,000 people each year with 7,000 staff, contractors and volunteers on location for the event. OnePlan's platform allows for the planning and organisation to work in a way that keeps everyone informed on what is going on at any point during the event.

Our brief was to tell the story of planning process phase and illustrate how OnePlan supports Silverstone organisers in orchestrating an event of such scale. We achieved this by blending interviews with dynamic B-roll footage showcasing the platform in action on-site as well as event based footage, providing viewers with a comprehensive view of the event's importance in the sporting calendar.
